What we collect, and what we do with it.

Written to describe this system specifically rather than to cover every possibility. If something below stops being true, the page changes.

Effective 8 August 2026

Who this is about

Sin City Rentals Management, a Las Vegas property management company operating sincityrentals-management.com. It covers this website, the owner and resident portals on it, and the email and text messages we exchange with you.

What we collect

If you ask for a rent analysis

If you call or text us

Your phone number and what you send. We use it to answer you. We do not add it to a marketing list, we do not send campaign texts to it, and we do not sell or share it.

If you become an owner or resident with an account

Analytics

When analytics is enabled on this site, we record which pages were viewed and which controls were used — for example that a form was started or a phone number was tapped. These records carry no name, address, email, or anything typed into a form.

Analytics never runs inside the owner, resident, or management areas. Those addresses contain record identifiers, and sending them to a third party would disclose a customer’s information. The exclusion is built into the software as a list of what may be measured, so a new private page is excluded automatically.

Why we collect it

Who we share it with

Categories of third parties who may receive information, and why:

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it for advertising. Nothing you give us is added to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Tracking across other websites

When analytics is enabled, the third-party services used to measure this site (Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement) may collect information about your activity across different websites over time. We do not do this ourselves and we do not receive that cross-site history. Most browsers allow you to block or delete the cookies these services use, and this site works normally if you do.

You can opt out of personalised advertising through your browser’s cookie controls, through Google’s Ads Settings, or at aboutads.info/choices.

We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because there is no agreed standard for what a website should do when it receives one.

Some advertising platforms offer “advanced matching” or “enhanced conversions”, where an irreversibly hashed version of an email address or phone number is shared so the platform can tell whether its advertising reached you. This site does not currently do that. If that ever changes, this notice will say so before it starts, not afterwards.

Reviewing, correcting, and stopping

Write to management@sincityrentals-management.com or call (725) 696-9808 and ask. Specifically, you can:

If you are an owner or a resident with an account, much of your record is already visible to you when you sign in — the ledger, the statements, the messages, and the activity log — and you can read it there at any time.

Where we manage a property for you or you rent from us, some records must be kept even after a request. Nevada requires a broker to retain transaction and trust accounting records, and tax rules require others. In practice:

Nevada residents — opting out of the sale of your information

Nevada law gives you the right to tell an operator not to sell information it has collected about you. Our designated request address for that purpose is management@sincityrentals-management.com. Send a verified request and we will respond within 60 days, extendable by a further 30 where reasonably necessary.

For completeness: we do not sell covered information, so there is nothing to stop. The address exists so that the right is usable rather than theoretical.

How it is protected

No system is perfect. If information were exposed in a way that required it, we would notify affected people as Nevada law requires.

Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from a minor. Where a lease lists minor occupants, that information comes from the adult applicant as part of the tenancy record. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice in a way that materially affects what we collect or who receives it, we will change the effective date at the top, note what changed, and — for anyone with an account or an open enquiry — say so by email. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated notice applies.
